Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
13 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or HR operations.
Familiarity with recruitment tools such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customercentric approach.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and reporting.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Proactive, selfmotivated, and adaptable team player with a passion for talent acquisition and HR operations
