Role Description:

The
Salesforce QA must have at least 4+ years of experience. The Salesforce QA spends majority of their time working on day-to-day Salesforce related configuration and review tasks, requiring high degree of technical expertise


Responsibilities:


  • Provides highlevel effort estimates on assigned tasks.
  • Works independently with some supervision.
  • Seek to gain understanding of the company's org/system infrastructure in order to troubleshoot issues and engage the appropriate engineering teams as issues arise that fall out of our domain.
  • Seeks to acquire indepth knowledge of Salesforce, Business processes, Sales Domain knowledge, Flows, related tools, technologies, and bestpractices.
  • Provides indepth troubleshooting skills to assist in resolving errors and performance issues.
  • Remains aware and up to date of product developments that translate into environmental or code modifications.
  • Salesforce QA leverages predefined processes, instructions, guidelines, and policies to perform day to day tasks.
  • Works closely with development team to ensure processes, procedures, and best practices

Required Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred
  • Salesforce Admin and App Builder Certification preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
  • Experience with Web Services testing using tools like ReadyAPI/Postman
  • Well versed in UI, regression, performance, usability, acceptance, and adhoc testing
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills
  • Effectively works as a member of an agile team and/or independently
  • Willing to interact and be patient with endusers and other departments who may not be technically skilled
  • Highly selfmotivated to continuously learn new methodologies/technologies both Salesforce and otherwise
  • Possesses a do what it takes
- mentality in order to get the job done

  • Moderately taskoriented
  • Ability to lead educational discussions and presentations.
