Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping:
- Record and maintain financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
Accounts Payable:
- Process invoices, verify expense reports, and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain vendor files and relationships.
Accounts Receivable:
- Generate customer invoices and statements.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Record and reconcile customer payments.
General Ledger Maintenance:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Contribute to the monthend and yearend closing processes.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare various financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Salary:
₹14, ₹20,000.00 per month
