Overall Purpose:
Tele calling & achieving the defined SLA's


Reporting to:
Team Leader


Accountabilities:
Primary & Critical Accountabilities

Adhere to the product script provided by Company

Meeting the monthly productivity targets

Should meet the required benchmarks

• Login hours
• Call handling time
• Quality scorings as per the requirements laid down by the company

Capture additional customer details

Generate Reference and Cross-sell


Key Competencies:
Language - Need to know the basic language - English & Hindi

Excellent communications skills

Strong Process Orientation

Product Knowledge - Need to have thorough knowledge of the product

Ability to work under Pressure

Ready to learn and take additional responsibilities


Experience and Qualification:
Minimum HSC

Experience in outbound process


Salary:
₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:

• Telecalling: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• English (preferred)
