What specifically are we looking for?

An excellent Support technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customeroriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.
Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

Experience and Skills Required:

Proven work experience as a Technical Support, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
Ability to provide stepbystep technical help, both written and verbal

Salary:
₹10, ₹24,363.44 per month
