Description

We, a leading staffing firm, are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our client's esteemed organization as a Customer Service Representative.

In this role, you will handle customer complaints and inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions and alternatives.

Your responsibilities will also include record-keeping of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and ensuring adherence to communication procedures and policies.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Take ownership of customer enquiries and communications, offering assistance, advice, and relevant information.
  • Identify customer needs and strive for first contact resolution to deliver efficient and effective service.
  • Respond to service requests, enquiries, and customer communications through various channels, leveraging Information and Communications Technology (ICT) for enhanced service delivery.
  • Manage cash handling and payment facilities, including payment acceptance, allocation, and reconciliation.
  • Act as an advocate for the Customer First Contact Centre, fostering positive communication and constructive relationships within the organization.
  • Maintain strict adherence to the Data Protection Act, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with guidelines for information release.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but freshers with exceptional communication and problemsolving skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for engaging with customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures, with added advantage for counter sales experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.

Salary and Benefits:


  • Competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹18,000.
