Sales executive (Surface)


As a Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share for the organisation.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.


Location Laxmi Plaza, 530, Laxmi Industrial Estate, Andheri West, Mumbai-400053

Responsibilities:


Prospecting and Lead Generation:


-Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals.


Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide timely responses to inquiries.
  • Understand client feedback and relay it to the product and management teams for continuous improvement.

Sales and Targets:


  • Set and achieve sales targets and objectives aligned with company goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts while ensuring winwin outcomes for both the company and clients.

Market Intelligence:

Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to adapt strategies and stay competitive.


Post Sales Activity:


  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, concerns, and problems, striving for swift resolution and upholding high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Deliver extensive product knowledge and expertise to brands, guiding them on effective product utilization, features, and advantages.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing (preferred)
  • Proven experience of 34 years as a Sales Executive from exhibition, wood, laminate or flooring industry
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Resultsdriven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Salary:
₹10, ₹33,778.95 per month


Day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Shift:

  • Day shift
