Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions for customers, either in person or remotely, to teach them how to use our products or services effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product managers, developers, and customer support, to stay updated on product enhancements and changes.
  • Continuously improve training materials and delivery methods based on customer feedback, evaluations, and industry best practices.

Requirements:


  • Bachelors (required).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple training sessions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Continuous learning mindset with a commitment to professional development and staying updated on relevant industry advancements.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
