    Description

    Position Overview :

    We are looking for an experienced Frontend Architect to lead the design and development of our frontend architecture.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in frontend technologies, extensive experience in architecting scalable and maintainable frontend solutions, and a passion for innovation and excellence.

    Responsibilities :


    • Lead the design and development of frontend architecture, frameworks, and components to support scalable, highperformance web applications.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver impactful solutions.
    • Provide technical guidance and leadership to frontend development teams, ensuring best practices, code quality, and performance optimization.
    • Evaluate and recommend frontend technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve development efficiency and maintainability.
    • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in frontend development processes, architecture, and tooling.
    • Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical support and guidance as needed.
    Requirements :


    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 710 years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on architecting complex web applications.
    • Proficiency in modern frontend technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and popular frameworks/libraries such as , Angular, or
    • Strong understanding of frontend architecture patterns, design principles, and best practices.
    • Experience with frontend build tools, package managers, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm, Jenkins).
    • Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques and tools.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
    • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards a shared vision.
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
