Responsibilities:


Food Preparation:

Execute the preparation and cooking of a variety of food items, such as burgers,main courses, pasta, shakes, street food, fries, south Indian using established recipes and procedures.


Menu Development:

Collaborate with the management team to create and innovate new fast food menu items, considering customer preferences, cost-effectiveness, and potential market trends.


Quality Control:
Ensure that all food items are prepared, garnished, and presented according to the established standards and recipes. Conduct quality checks to maintain consistency and taste.

Stock Management:
Monitor inventory levels of food ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability and minimize wastage. Regularly rotate stock to maintain freshness.

Kitchen Organization:
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including storage spaces, prep stations, and cooking equipment. Adhere to all sanitation and safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a hygienic work environment.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members, including cooks, kitchen assistants, and servers, to ensure smooth operations, efficient service, and timely order completion.


Staff Training:

Provide training and guidance to the kitchen staff in preparing fast food items, ensuring adherence to recipes, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.

Health and Safety Compliance:
Implement and enforce all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and cleanliness. Conduct periodic maintenance checks on kitchen equipment.

Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries and special requests, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Handle any customer complaints or concerns efficiently and professionally.

Budget Management:
Collaborate with the management team to monitor food costs, portioning, and waste reduction strategies. Recommend cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Fast Food QSR Chef, preferably in a similar fastfood chain or quickservice restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of fast food cooking techniques, recipes, and presentation standards.
  • Ability to handle highvolume production and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
