    Role Overview:

    GenY Medium is on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our team. The selected candidate will handle the agency's corporate communications, including PR, Website, Social Media presence, and other marketing initiatives. An ideal match would possess expertise in crafting and executing effective marketing strategies, alongside exceptional communication and leadership abilities.


    Responsibilities :

    • Create and implement a holistic marketing plan to elevate GenY Medium's brand visibility and fuel business growth.
    • Take charge of the agency's corporate communications, including PR, Website, Social Media presence, and other marketing endeavors.
    • Proficient in marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.
    • Supervise the development of captivating content for diverse marketing channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and goals.
    • Evaluate industry trends and competitors' tactics to pinpoint growth opportunities and stand out in the market.
    • Cultivate and manage strong partnerships with crucial stakeholders, including clients, collaborators, and industry trendsetters.
    • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and top practices, injecting fresh insights and concepts into the team.


    Desired Skills and Experience :

    • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, communications, or a related field; Postgraduate qualification is a plus
    • Essential: 2 years of hands-on experience in Marketing, corporate communication, or branding positions
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling content
    • Innovative thinker with a zeal for creativity and problem-solving
