Description
Support Account Managers and work on tasks including meetings with active customers.- Support marketing and outreach to new accounts, including sharing technical resources
- Coordinate calls for Account Managers with their physicians and generate practice analysis reports and document resolution
- Work closely with the Account Manager who is assigned to specific accounts and physicians.
- Provide extensive support to Vohra physicians and facility partners to identify issues and respond to inquiries.
- Quickly identify, address, document and track critical servicerelated items and customer inquiries.
