- Knowledgeably describe menu items and specials
- Ensure timely and efficient service, maintaining a courteous demeanor
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and prompt delivery
- Monitor and address customer needs throughout the dining experience
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Upsell additional menu items and beverages
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining area
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of food and utensils
