Roles and Responsibility:
- Recruit Financial Advisor (Agents) from open Market
- Training and helping team members to develop their skills.
- Developing goals for the development of team and business growth and ensuring they met the goals.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Achieve Monthly Sales targets for Attractive Incentives.
- Graduation
- In any Stream
- Age 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
Salary:
₹250, ₹350,000.00 per year
