Responsibilities:
(WHAT IS REQUIRED)

A strong understanding of graphic design, typography and digital standards is as essential as the experience to execute projects of all sizes and complete them with resourcefulness and dedication.
Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite. Requirement is for competency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects.
Passionate about design & social media and understand the latest innovations in digital & social design.
Love working in a fastpaced adaptable environment.
Able to work both independently, and collaboratively within a team.

What You'll be Doing

Work on projects from start to finish — working collaboratively across teams on ideation, asset creation and implementation.
Produce creative design work with a clear rationale to accompany the work.
Be a brand guardian.
Create print, POS, OOH, social media assets,, GIFs, MEMEs, and different event and campaign collateral.
Retouching of packs, lock up design, layout and some illustration (iconography or elements for motion graphics).
Using existing assets and stock imagery to come up with relevant and up to date content.
Keeping up to date with current design trends.
Create work to the client's brief and exacting standards.
Develop an effective working relationship with colleagues and client and provide excellent customer service.
Effectively manage workloads within agreed timescales.
Proactively monitor quality, accuracy and consistency.
Look for ways to develop new design within the guidelines, marketing and production opportunities.
Work proactively under own initiative and as part of the design team.
Complete timesheets.
Ability to manage multiple projects with various deliverables on a campaign ideation level.

What Skills You'll Need:

Experienced leader and a strong understanding of how to motivate and develop high performing teams.
Experience of building and sustaining meaningful client partnerships whilst maintaining a strong commercial focus.
Resultsdriven: Creation of and delivery against business plans driven by growth targets.
Excellent communication skills to be able to robustly present ideas to clients, and continually cascade knowledge/news throughout immediate team and the wider business.
Confident working autonomously with partner or 3rd party agencies.
Excellent presentation skills both written and spoken.
Understanding of how to integrate with a clientside team, whilst maintaining a top tier agency service.
Highly creative with the ability to generate ideas and practically contribute to studio output.
Experience in multiple sectors including FMCG, Automotive and Lifestyle.
8+ years of relevant experience in:
Digital
Print
Motion Graphics
Web Design/UX-UI
Artwork Production

You'll Have:

Relevant degree or diploma.
Languages spoken (English).
