Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Milling Machine Operator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of milling machine setup, operation, and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Familiarity with metal fabrication processes and tools
- Attention to detail with a focus on producing highquality work
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate milling machines to fabricate metal parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
- Set up and adjust milling machines and tooling to ensure proper functioning
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Perform routine maintenance on milling machines and tooling
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions or issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
