Primary Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the curriculum designing team to design materials for our education piece.
  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Schedule projects and define budget constraints
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Work with curriculum designers to produce final design
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and onbrand

Required Competencies:


  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Curiosity to learn and explore concepts outside your domain of expertise

Required Knowledge:


  • A diverse portfolio and proven graphic designing experience minimum 2 to 4 years
  • Strong design software skills and a thorough understanding of Adobe creative suite especially Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
  • Familiarity with other design software and technologies such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Corel DRAW
