COUNSELOR JOB DESCRIPTION
- Understanding the services offered by the Company.
- Using a Sales script to handle the client efficiently.
- Calling New & Existing Clients and counsel them about the program.
- Updating the database with all client information.
- Minimum Talk time with clients should be 150 minutes/day
- Building a strong relationship with new and existing clients.
- Providing excellent customer service to the clients.
- Consistently meet the Targets (4.5 x of CTC for Core / As defined by No. in Projects)
- Must have strong interpersonal & Communication skills.
Salary:
Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
