About the role:

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, and efficient Casting professional to join our Sales Team to process the work smoothly.

As an Casting Engineer, they would report directly to the Sr. Casting Engineer and help manage and resolve all customer queries amicably.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop new and improved Investment casting processes, including material equipment, capability studies, training, documentation, support to production, as well as continuous improvement at customer site.

Analysis of the production processes and study and implementation of improvements at customer site.

Assist with establishing process standards, routing, and manufacturing instructions by analysing, planning and designing production target for maximum efficiency at customer site.

Creating the engineering specifications, processes, methods, and tools for both assembly and component-level analysis of each performance requirement at customer site.

Lead/participate in incident root cause analysis and corrective actions for failures, to include safety incidents, environmental deviations, quality deviations and production losses at customer site.

Develop and maintain engineering dashboards depicting latest program design statuses at customer site.

Support testing and installations of equipment, tooling and technologies both on and off site at customer site.

Minimum 2+ years of casting experience with good communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical engineering, Electromechanical engineering, mechanical background preferred)

Knowledge of Metallurgy, Investment casting and creating reports in PPF.

Must have knowledge of MS-excel.

Lean Certifications - Ability to read, interpret, and edit in gating, thermal and mould design with ability to read and understand flow simulations.

Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
