Requirements:

• Sales and customer service experience
• Experience in logistics, technology, and ecommerce platforms
• Advanced English (grammar, writing, reading comprehension skills and effective response)

Skills and Knowledge:

• Negotiation skills
• Communication skills
• Proactive

Functions:

• Prospect ecommerce clients (micro companies, SMEs, and large companies)
• Generate leads through platforms and social networks (LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Instagram)
• Develop Business relationships
• Implement and development sales strategies
• Execution of the sales cycle (search for leads, negotiation, consultative selling, platform onboarding, closing)
• Quotes and advice to clients
• Followup, attention, and negotiation
• Inbound and outbound sales
• Direct communication with customers and delivery service
• Management of CRM software

Salary:
₹25,000.00 per month
