Position: Field Sales Officer

Purpose of Job:

As a Field Sales Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing loans at the spoke level. Your responsibilities will include promoting our offerings, implementing marketing programs, and acquiring new clients while ensuring minimal dropouts. You will also be involved in client acquisition, documentation, and maintaining compliance with KYC norms and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor marketing and promotional programs.
Acquire new clients while minimizing dropouts.
Ensure compliance with KYC norms and legal requirements.
Identify potential clients through discussions with buyers, customers, and vendors.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree (No restrictions)
Freshers or those with 0-2 years of experience
Aged below 35 years.
Possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
Proficiency in Kannada
Prior sales or community work experience desirable
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
