EBITDA Augmentation, Financial Performance, and Risk mitigation Create a capital and risk management lens to support the effective execution of the strategic initiatives of the Company Continuously striving to channelize additional revenue streams, achieve cost optimization & monitoring financial performance Reaping maximum benefits from state incentives & further exploring the scope of government appropriations & subventions Conducting brainstorming sessions to enable the team to deliberate the ideas beyond the boundaries which shall result into substantial improvements in financial performance Extending assistance in adoption of advanced tools & technology to align the above objectiveFinancial Accounting & Analysis, Zero Based Budgeting and Strategizing Investments Pivotal role in structuring, analysing and finalization of the annual forecasted blueprint of organisation Completeness, timeliness & accuracy 25% from operational and financial perspective and ensuring its adherence throughout the period.

Monitoring variances from the forecasted financials periodically & establishing control mechanisms across functions & departments Ensuring preparation, presentation & analysis of financial statements in accordance with the governing laws & management policies Ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and efficacy of financials and management reporting Managing the overall inventory & analysing the impact on financial accounting working capital requirement, conversion ratios, including obsolescence optimization.
