ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:
Design, build and maintain our data infrastructure using the latest cloudbased technologies such as Azure or AWS.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and implement data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and storing large amounts of data.
Ensure the data architecture is scalable, efficient, and meets performance requirements.
Implement and maintain data security and privacy policies to ensure data protection.
Collaborate with other data engineers and data analysts to optimize data retrieval and reporting processes.
Continuously evaluate and research new data technologies and make recommendations to improve the data infrastructure.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in data engineering and architecture.
Strong understanding of cloudbased data technologies such as Azure or AWS.
Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines using ETL/ELT tools.
Strong expertise in SQL and database design.
Experience in designing and implementing data security and privacy policies.
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
