An Accounts Executive plays a crucial role in the financial management and operations of a company.They are responsible for various tasks related to financial recording, analysis, and reporting, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
The role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.Their main duties include:
Recording Transactions:
Process and record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts, using accounting software or manual methods.
Bank Reconciliation:
Regularly reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Invoicing and Billing:
Create and send invoices to clients, track payments, and follow up on overdue payments.
Expense Management:
Monitor and manage company expenses, verifying receipts, categorizing expenses, and ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records, ensuring timely payment of bills and accurate tracking of outstanding payments.
Financial Reporting:
Assist in preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial health.
Data Entry and Filing:
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval and compliance with auditing requirements.
Tax Compliance:
Assist with tax calculations, deductions, and filings, ensuring adherence to relevant tax regulations.
Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to resolve financial queries, discrepancies, and other related issues.
Financial Analysis:
Provide support in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and generating insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.
Audit Support:
Prepare documentation and assist auditors during financial audits to ensure accurate representation of the company's financial status.
Ad hoc Tasks:
Undertake miscellaneous financial tasks and projects as assigned by the finance manager or senior team members.
Requirements:
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
