    Job Description

    The Content Manager will be responsible for the creation, management, and delivery of our organizations newsletter content. This role requires a blend of strong editorial skills and strategic content management.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage a content calendar for the newsletter.
    • Write, edit, and curate content for publication.
    • Collaborate with various departments to gather content.
    • Ensure all newsletter content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
    • Oversee the layout, design, and production of the newsletter.
    • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy accordingly.
    • Manage subscriber lists and segmentation strategies.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for content improvement.
    Qualifications
    • Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
    • Strong understanding of audience analytics and content performance metrics.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
