KeyResponsibilities:

• Assist occupationaltherapists in developing and implementing treatmentplans

• Provide emotional support andencouragement to patients during treatment
• Keeptreatment areas and equipment clean safe andorganized
• Participate in patient evaluationsand assessment processes

RequiredQualifications:

• Associates degree inOccupational Therapy Assistant program
• Statelicensure or certification as an Occupational TherapyAssistant
• Clinical experience throughinternships or volunteer work
• Strongunderstanding of occupational therapy principles andtechniques
• Knowledge of medical terminology andhealthcare processes
• Ability to workeffectively in a team andindependently
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
• Physical ability andstamina to assist patients and perform therapeuticactivities
• Empathy and patience when workingwith individuals undergoingrehabilitation
• Attention to detail and abilityto follow treatment plansaccurately
