    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, with a focus on lead generation and web analytics.
    • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize performance and achieve marketing objectives.
    • Analyze campaign data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
    • Monitor ongoing campaigns and make realtime adjustments to optimize performance and ROI.
    • Develop and implement tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
    • Generate regular reports to track campaign progress, performance metrics, and key insights.
    • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.
    • Take ownership of the lead funnel, from lead generation to conversion, and implement strategies to maximize lead quality and quantity.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and web analytics.
    • Proven handson experience with Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
    • Google AdWords Certification is required.
    • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and insights to stakeholders.
    • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced, crossfunctional environment.
    • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
