As a Senior Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling voice processes and coordinating tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently
Coordinate tasks and ensure smooth communication within the team
Follow established scripts and guidelines to provide accurate information to callers
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
Maintain call records and update databases accurately
Achieve individual and team targets
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in a similar role
