Key Responsibilities:


Assist in Design Projects:

Collaborate with the design team on various projects, including creating graphics for websites, social media, print media, branding, and marketing materials.


Develop Concepts:
Help conceptualize and develop design ideas that align with project objectives and brand standards.


Create Visual Elements:
Use design software to create engaging graphics, layouts, and other visual elements.


Learn and Adapt:
Continuously learn about new design trends, software, and tools. Adapt to the evolving needs of the company and its clients.


Collaborate with Teams:
Work closely with other departments, including marketing and content teams, to ensure cohesive and effective design outcomes.


Manage Time Effectively:
Handle multiple tasks and projects, effectively managing time to meet deadlines.


Receive and Implement Feedback:

Willingly accept constructive feedback from senior designers and other team members and use it to improve skills and project outcomes.


Qualifications:


  • A degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field.
  • Basic proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • A portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Eagerness to learn and accept challenges.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
