Responsibilities
- Coldcall potential clients using a provided database, scripts, and call lists.
- Identify and engage key decisionmakers within target organizations.
- Generate leads by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
- Schedule appointments between students and our academic counsellor.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services and industry trends to effectively address clients' needs.
- Accurately track and record call outcomes and lead status.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to refine call scripts, messaging, and sales tactics.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and other events as required.
Skills/Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Minimum of 01 years of experience in telemarketing, call centre, or customer service roles, preferably in lead generation and appointment setting.
- Able to read and write in English & Bengali.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with prospects over the phone.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven, with a passion for sales and helping businesses succeed.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Salary:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
