Description
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary;- Keep updated records and files;
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc;
- Greet and welcome guests;
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships with Team Members;
- Maintaining records of Out ward & Inward mail;
- Cocoordinating with various departments as per enquirers;
- Supervise the efficient operations of reception including check in/out procedures;
- Manage Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely;
- Attending Incoming & Outgoing Calls;
- Advise team of any special events or VIP Guests in the hotel for events or for general accommodations;
- Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics, which inspire Team Members to exceed standards;
- Advise your shift team of any special events or VIP Guests in the hotel that day
Salary:
₹10, ₹13,000.00 per month
