    Job Opportunities in North-East India with EURO Mattress and Foams

    About EURO Mattress and Foams:

    Sales Representatives:

    ~Assam-Upper Assam, Central Assam, Lower Assam, Barak Valley, Guwahati/Kamrup

    ~Meghalaya:

    ~Nagaland:

    ~Tripura:

    **Position based in the mentioned States/Cities/Town.

    Sales General Manager (GM):

    Location: Entire North-East Region

    Regional Managers:

    Location: Guwahati (for division of the North-East)

    Job Descriptions:

    Sales Representatives:

    ~Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the assigned territory.

    ~Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and customer referrals and visiting our channel partners.

    ~Present, promote, and sell EURO Mattress and Foams products to achieve sales targets.

    ~Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on features, benefits, and usage.

    ~Resolve dealer's complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

    ~Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

    Sales General Manager (GM):

    ~Oversee and manage sales operations across the entire North-East region.

    ~Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

    ~Lead and motivate the sales team to drive performance and maximize sales opportunities.

    ~Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.

    ~Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and challenges.

    ~Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and logistics to ensure alignment and efficiency.

    Regional Managers:

    ~Lead and supervise sales activities within the assigned region, with a focus on achieving sales targets and expanding market share.

    ~Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.

    ~Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management.

    ~Develop and implement regional sales strategies in alignment with company objectives.

    ~Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, dealers, and industry associations.

    ~Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.

    Requirements:

    ~Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (for managerial positions).

    ~Proven experience in sales and/or management roles within the consumer goods industry.

    ~Proven experience in furniture industry will be given more preference.

    ~Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    ~Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    ~Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
