Job Description:
- Looking for an experienced & dynamic carrieroriented selfdriven & selfmotivated Territory Sales In-Charge. The company (GGVPL) is having its Headquarter in Kolkata and is engaged in manufacturing and selling its apparel through distribution model India wise and is in the growth phase with plans to expand its operations across INDIA.
The role will be dynamic in nature and closely working with the Sales Head and RSM for managing the sales at the distributor point by doing the secondary marketing to the retailers attached to a particular distributor in UP and North East.
Age:
should not exceed 32
Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate.
Language Known:
English/ Hindi/Any Local Language
Computer knowledge:
Basic knowledge of MS word & Excel is required
Salary:
Commensurate with the qualification & experience.
Requirements:
- Should have the geographical knowledge of the territory and capable of expanding territories.
- Ready to travel 25 days a month and travelling between States
- Confidence in convincing the customers
- Product knowledge & self confidence
Responsibilities
Ø Build & Develop Strong relationship with the retailer & distributor.
Ø Door to door retail booking & sales.
Ø Develop a deep product understanding like features / price / comparison and value proposition.
Ø Track the Primary & secondary sales.
Ø Set its own sales target and achievement based on the geographical location.
Ø Preparing sales report / review/feedback / competitor understanding.
Ø Ensuring that the distributors and retailers are always motivated.
Ø Updated knowledge about new changes / development in fashion industry.
Ø To maintain time and discipline in the Market and keep the image of the organization intact.
Ø Need to Submit Daily Market Report. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
Ø Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Ø Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Ø Ensure timely damage stocks are replenished at retailer point so that there
is no loss of sales.
Ø Ensure proper trade promotion implementation as and when instructed
and required.

Pay:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
