Roles and Responsibilities as US IT/Non IT Recruiter

• Responsible for handling IT and Non-IT requirements from US based clients.
• Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.
• Manage and handle issues of the offshore recruitment team.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement
• Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
• Must be selfmotivated and must possess a good attitude.
• Should have the ability to deliver results in a fastpaced & metricsdriven environment.
• Technical Graduate (Fresher)
• Applicant should possess excellent communication skills.
• Applicant should have good understanding of technology
• Applicant should be willing to work in US Timings (Night Shift)
• Have a knack for learning and staying uptodate with new technologies & recruitment methodologies
• Outofthebox thinking capabilities to strategize and execute searches for niche technical skills

Salary:
₹120, ₹360,000.00 per year
