Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Ansal Plaza, Ghaziabad.

The Sales Executive will play a key role in managing outbound sales calls, processing customer orders, recommending products, maintaining sales records, and resolving logistics issues.

This position is crucial for fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound sales calls to leads and existing customers to confirm orders and recommend products.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate sales data and customer records.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Handle customer inquiries and promptly resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Place orders on the shipping portal and coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery.
  • Monitor shipments and proactively address any logistics issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotions.

Requirements:


  • Proven sales experience, preferably in an ecommerce or retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationshipbuilding.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Attention to detail and effective multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of shipping processes and logistics is a plus.

Job Types:

Pay:
₹8, ₹17,000.00 per month
