Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Tele sales Representatives to join our team and contribute to our sales efforts.

As a Tele sales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone, introducing them to our products or services, and persuading them to make purchases.

Your excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and customer-focused approach will be essential in achieving and exceeding sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


Outbound Calls:
Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists, databases, or leads generated through marketing campaigns.


Product Knowledge:

Acquire a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.


Engagement and Persuasion:
Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations, build rapport, and employ persuasive techniques to convert leads into sales.


Needs Assessment:

Listen attentively to customers' needs and requirements, and tailor your pitch to address their specific pain points and preferences.


Objection Handling:

Handle objections and concerns raised by potential customers with professionalism and accurate information to overcome barriers and close deals.


Sales Process:

Guide potential customers through the sales process, including providing information, answering questions, and assisting with the purchase or sign-up process.


Relationship Building:
Build and nurture positive relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.


Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.


Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, customer details, and sales outcomes in our CRM system.


Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on industry trends, product enhancements, and sales techniques to continuously improve your sales performance.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven experience in telesales, outbound calling, or a related sales role (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish a connection with potential customers.
  • Strong negotiation and objectionhandling abilities.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection in a positive manner.
  • Time management skills to efficiently handle a high volume of calls.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹15,000.00 per month
