What You'll Do:


Based in Gurgaon, India, the People Operations Advisor APAC will be providing first-line HR support to a group of employees and managers based in a cluster of countries driven through knowledge of policies, procedures, and information within their remit.

The People Operations Advisor will be primarily responsible for maintaining an accurate People administration covering general employee and employment information (in our HR information system), benefits administration and other administrative requirements which may vary between the different countries in the APAC region.

First contact person for HR specific processes in APAC region

  • Support in Benefits administration and Absence Management in APAC region (Australia, China, Korea, India, Japan, and Singapore)
  • Be the main point of contact for employees who are employed in APAC region regarding People related questions
  • Support the People Business Partners to implement country regulations, policies, or termination
Drive consistent delivery of world class People Experience service and manage quality standards

  • Keep a comprehensive record of all requests using Service Now
  • Update the knowledge base as required
  • Work towards meeting defined SLAs and objectives
  • Advise employees and managers on core People related processes outlining Criteo guidelines and best practices in line with the business strategy
Onboarding and Induction

  • Facilitating seamless onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a positive and efficient transition into the organization
  • Managing the induction program, providing comprehensive orientations to familiarize new hires with company policies, culture, and work environment
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of onboarding and induction programs, Suggesting improvements as needed
  • Serving as a point of contact for new hires, addressing inquiries and providing support throughout their onboarding journey
People Administration

  • Support in handling all aspects of our People administration, using our HRIS tool daily
  • Implement necessary modifications in Workday, including Change Job, Transfers, Promotions, Move Worker, Leaves, and Time Entry
  • Maintain accurate personnel files and People articles, in line with local legislation and compliance
  • Maintain and contribute to the Weekly SOX report provided by Workday
  • Preparing and issuing relevant documentation, typically using standard templates, to support all People related processes. This includes preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments and other (internal) documents that are part of the standard processes at Criteo
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders on Purchase Order (PO) management
  • Engage with different stakeholders to address Visarelated issues
  • Ensure the monthly loading of data onto Sodexo
Policies & Compliance

  • Ensure policies are always respected and flag when needed

  • Work in true partnership with other People Operations team members, Payroll, People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management teams
  • Be involved in projects such as data transfers and mass communications

Who You Are:


  • Relevant degree with HR qualification
  • Experience managing HR operational tasks for several APAC countries
  • Good administrative and technical skills (HR Information systems; Excel; PowerPoint, etc.); Good Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is a plus
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a fastpaced environment
  • Great communication skills
  • Passion for People
  • English fluency (written/spoken)
  • High attention to detail
  • Proven selfstarter with the ability to work largely without much direct supervision
