Description
Sales Force Maintenance and Hygiene

  • Creating Dashboards and Reports in SFDC.
  • Making sure Data entered is accurate and current.
  • Making sure Sales team maintains accurate information on CRM.
  • Helping with Marketing coordination.
  • Knowledge of GeM tenders preferred.
Customer and Marketing Support

  • Coordinating with Distributor for orders/PO/payment
  • Customer support from order to cash process whenever required
  • Customer engagement for smooth operations and making the customer experience delightful
  • Supporting martkeing team during roadshows/seminars/campaigns
  • Project coordination support
  • Knowleage for excel(Vlookup,Hlookup etc )
