JOB DESCRIPTION:
_


As an Inventory Specialist

  • Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
  • Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
  • Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
  • Manages deliveries and shipments to optimize operations.
  • To coordinate with suppliers / vendors about the received or dispatched articles / packages.
  • Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
  • Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to the Retail Head.
  • Toallocate and replenish merchandise to stores based on the coverage targets set and SKU (target stock levels), with the pursuit of getting the right products to the right place at just the right time.
  • Executes shipping / delivering and receiving process. Reports any issues to Retail Head and takes necessary steps to resolve.
  • Ensures timely movement of merchandise as directed by Retail Head while adhering to all procedures and guidelines, including but not limited to transfers, Return to Vendor and damages.
  • Ensures an accurate and organized store inventory at all times overseeing store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support and direction from the Retail Head.
  • Develop and share ideas to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Support the team in the selling process, ensuring the highest level of client experience.
  • To efficiently handle the returns and price adjustments as per the laid down Return Policy of Privé.
  • Process repairs and damages on a timely basis according to company guidelines.
  • Assists with physical maintenance of the Boutique / Studio when needed.
  • Packs, Receives, handles, and stores merchandise according to Privé standards.
  • Support store initiatives and projects on an as needed basis.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • To tag the pricing on the article and software as per the Pricing / Labelling Policy of Privé during Sale Season.
  • To update the software with the Listed Price of the articles displayed in the Outlet as per the Protocol.

As a Billing Specialist:


  • Assume the responsibility of receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility.
  • Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies.
  • Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices.
  • Check the validity of debit accounts.
  • Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments.
  • Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines.
  • Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients.
  • Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data to the Retail Head and CEO.
  • Generate Sales, Upselling, Billing Transactions and handling VIP customers when in the Outlet.
  • To address the customer's grievances and escalate the case as and when needed to the Retail Head.

As a Fashion Consultant:


  • Ability to discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in the fashion world and developments in the luxury wedding market.
  • Assisting Senior Fashion Consultant to achieve fashion goals.
  • Growing the client database and generating leads and selling services to the clients.
  • Increasing company's sales.
  • Reaching out to potential client's networks.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals, enhancing and developing the business.
  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding their expectations, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as Privé history and heritage in accordance with the Privé selling ceremony.
  • Getting the Customer Feedback Form filledup by the customers.
  • Maintain security standards within the store to ensure safety of customers, colleagues and merchandise.
  • Adhere to Privé Image standards and guidelines.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Upload the latest Privé's Trends on socialmedia platform and sharing customer experiences and stories.
  • To follow the process improvement programs & carryon Quality Initiatives in the department.
  • To perform all the jobs as may be assigned due to exigencies of work.
