    • Our consumer-facing Storefront team is responsible for building and growing the native apps and websites customers use to shop our catalog. We leverage technology to make shopping for millions of products feel simple and personal. Customers should feel as comfortable browsing our site from the comfort of their home laptop as they do finalizing purchase decisions from their phones on-the-go.


    What You'll Do

    • :Use data to understand customer needs and behaviors; map those against business objectives, and transform that knowledge into product enhancements (existing product space and net new features
    • )Build client agnostic backends that solve for the needs of customers across all of our platforms: iOS and Android apps, mobile web and desktop application
    • sBreak down complex problems and back up your recommendations with quantitative and qualitative reasonin
    • gGiven outcomes (e.g., improve a specific KPI), independently own and craft a sequenced set of customer problems and tactics to solve over a ~6 month time horizon (that benefit customers across our US, UK, DE and Canada sites, in addition to Wayfair's specialty and luxury retail brands
    • )Build and maintain roadmaps for your product(s); partner with user experience design and usability, analytics, engineering, technical program managers, other product managers, and stakeholders to translate your vision and roadmap into reality
    • Drive measurable results and/or learnings using testing best practices; monitor performance of your focus area


    What You bring to the tabl

    • e:6-9 years experience working in product management. Experience in ecommerce, and at companies that own a significant tech stack highly value
    • d.Experience working on the Mobile apps would be a plus
