- Interpret design, development, and delivery of Compensation, Variable Pay and reward programs
- Ability to analyse and administer the company's compensation plans for business, ensuring internal and external equity.
Principal Responsibilities
The SuccessFactors Human Resource (HR) Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables; particularly in SuccessFactors Compensation Management.
- Certified in SuccessFactors
- Compensation and Variable Pay Modules
- At least 3+ implementations of Compensation and Variable Pay
- Handson configuration for SuccessFactors Compensation/Variable Pay modules
- Should understand the design of SuccessFactors Configuration, Compensation Statement and BizX Reporting tool utilizing Online Report Builder/Adhoc Reporting/Analytics
- Should Understand SAP Activate methodology.
- Should have exposure to requirement gathering workshop, fitgap analysis, Testing, Preparing & executing Test Scripts/Scenarios, Cutover, post golive Support, release/Instance management and Rapid Deployment Solutions.
- Knowledge on personal compensation statement combined for Compensation and Variable Pay based on the standard selfservice editor tool in Success Factors admin tools and the Success Store statement template
- Should have knowledge of Integration within modules and other data exchanges

- Working coherently with the internal SAP team on delivering an integrated HCM Project Portfolio
- SAP HCM integrated with SuccessFactors Modules
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment
