Job Brief
We, at Tribe Stays, are URGENTLY looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Specific Duties:
Under the leadership of Sales Manager, the Sales Executive will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to book with us
- Using sales scripts/trainings proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer queries/rejections.
- To provide proper information, guidance, and support to the clients, therefore, enhancing relationships with the clients
- Accurately recording details of customers' details in various databases maintained in
- Documenting business proposals and contracts for each client acquisition
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
- Drive client acquisition through wordofmouth, direct contact, and collaboration with the marketing teams to generate leads
- Indulge in various networking activities to connect with professionals that might end up being prospective clients
- Maintaining long term meaningful relationships with existing clients to retain business from them
- Participating in trade exhibitions, conferences, college events etc.
- Conduct market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and alien needs, current market trends for our industry to identify enhancements, if any and to analyze the competition in detail.
- Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels
- Collaborate within teams to achieve better results. Take feedback from customers and share it with support teams
- Negotiating sales contracts and designing packages as per client and company needs.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address customer complaints
- Deep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tactics
Qualification, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience.
- Selfmotivated professional with a resultoriented approach
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting and documentation
- Knowledge of CRM or sales management software is an added advantage
Salary:
₹18, ₹33,402.39 per month
