We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the fintech industry.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, as well as nurturing existing client relationships.
Your primary focus will be on selling our fintech products and services to businesses within the finance sector.Current Location - Noida

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the finance sector by conducting market research, prospecting, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
- Present and demonstrate our fintech products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, including target account lists, sales presentations, and proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager, including pipeline status, sales activities, and forecasts.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and changes in the finance sector to effectively position our products and services.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network and promote our brand.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. Relevant experience in sales or finance may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the fintech industry or selling financial products/services.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decisionmakers.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving winwin outcomes.
- Selfmotivated and targetdriven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced, rapidly evolving industry and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Integrity and ethical behavior in all business dealings.
