  • Knowledge of Trade Marks, Copyright, Patents, Trade Dress, Trade Secrets, Designs and other Intellectual Property related matters.
  • Knowledge of Contract, various types of contracts, MOUs etc.
  • Knowledge of the various aspects and procedural tenets pertaining to Arbitration.
  • Well versed in drafting legal documents, research, Trade Mark Search Report attending hearings, client dealings etc.
  • Making Submissions and Affidavit, attending Show Cause Hearings in the Trade Marks Registry.
