Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Flexo Label Printing Machine Operator to join our team.

As a Flexo Label Printing Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining flexographic printing equipment to produce high-quality labels according to specifications.

Your primary duties will include setting up the printing press, adjusting printing parameters, monitoring the printing process, and ensuring that finished labels meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Set up and prepare flexographic printing press for production runs.
Load and unload printing materials, including ink and label stock.
Adjust printing press settings, such as speed, tension, and ink viscosity, to achieve desired print quality.
Monitor the printing process to ensure proper registration, color accuracy, and print consistency.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on printing equipment to keep it in optimal condition.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and make adjustments as needed to minimize downtime.
Inspect finished labels for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain accurate production records, including job orders, material usage, and machine settings.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
