    Description

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic).

    Experience:

    6-8 years of experience managing elevator installations (high-speed and high-rise).

    Competencies:

    • Proficiency in English, writing and client communications.
    • Project management.
    • Process creation and management.
    • Leading a team of installation managers and technicians.
    • Customer orientation.

    Key Deliverables:

    • Manage high-rise project installations from the sales process to customer handover, ensuring a seamless transition between stages.
    • Coordinate with the design department post-order finalization to expedite General Arrangement Drawings (GAD) and drawing releases.
    • Coordinate with the purchase department post-design to expedite the process of getting quotes, issuing Purchase Orders (POs), and ensuring early material delivery through proactive follow-ups.
    • Actively engage with the installation team and customers, providing updates and handling escalated issues on-site personally.
    • Oversee installation managers and ensure timely resolution of escalated site issues.
    • Track and ensure the completion of each milestone in our PO for orders, overseeing billing and collection of payments from customers for material delivery, GAD release, etc.
    • Obtain and organize necessary documents from quality control, design, purchase, credit control, HR, etc., for customer handover and record-keeping.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all departments and customers, coordinating across teams for streamlined project execution.
    • Post-installation, oversee maintenance of elevators in collaboration with the maintenance team, ensuring sustained functionality and customer satisfaction.
    • Develop a standardized process and workflow for each department concerning new installations and the maintenance of fire evacuation elevators.
    • Establish reporting and governance review mechanisms to monitor project progress.
    • Optimize installation cycle times and cost control, ensuring timely and profitable project closure.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders for targeted operational delivery and claim settlements.
    • Support the sales team, interact directly with clients to foster customer satisfaction, and encourage repeat business.
    • Ensure complete safety compliance in all site activities and installation work.
