Roles & Responsibilities
- Primary role is to contact all leads generated through various mediums and also expand the database by employing various techniques to generate leads. The Counselor must understand the specific motivations of each prospect in order facilitate the prospect's decision. He or she must also be able to generate revenue for the company and create value addition by building brand reputation.
- Employ effective consultative techniques including pre-call planning and productive questioning strategies that lead to winning business.
- She must be able to follow the 4 steps of Recruitment : Opening, Documents, Probing, Supporting & Closing.
- Give valuable advice/ counseling on the courses offered by the company to every single lead generated via various media.
- Must be able to build strong rapport with the prospect & set maximum video counseling / group counseling / presentations etc.
- Developing and building a lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets.
- Understanding the need of the client, objective of considering the course and deliver customized counseling.
- Maintaining a cordial relationship with inter and intra teams.
- Avoid misleading selling & false commitments.
- Maintain the database and activity record using CRM while maintaining CRM Hygiene.
- Promote the products on various social media platforms.
- Scheduling zoom calls to offer a better interaction and contact.
- Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization.
- Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Coordinating with operations for status on post registration delivery in ensuring the delivery commitment to clients is met.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information for monthly reports, leads analysis etc.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Capturing of accurate and complete information in LMS / CRM.
- Connecting with non-contacted leads through various channels to increase the contact ratio of leads.
