  • An Agile Coach is a change agent who combines deep technical knowledge of agility with an intrinsic motivation to implement agile mindset, values and practices within the organization, to support the organization in the delivery of value to customer and achieving its North Star.

  • Coaching and driving the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence.
  • Coaching global / local agile initiatives and teams.
  • Coaching Product Owners and Scrum Masters of agile teams.
  • Coaching global and local Management Teams.
  • Developing and delivering training e.g. Kickstart Business Agility, Scrum Master / Product Owner, specific agile topics.
  • Designing and facilitating workshops.
  • Leveraging the external coaches to develop expertise as internal agile coaches.

  • Able to communicate across all organizational levels, able to coach Agile Teams, managers and leaders.
  • Lead change conversations across multiple business departments and organizational hierarchies to drive the change in the organization.
  • Speak and act with competence based on deep knowledge and practical experience.
  • Lead by example by exemplifying alignment, transparency, respect for people and relentless improvement.
  • Support teams in their journey to learning and implementation of Business Agility.
  • Autonomy, resilience, and self confidence to provide an independent perspective to the business.
  • Develop agile roadmaps at a team, "team of teams" and portfolio level.
  • Ability to deliver agile training.
  • Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
