Description

Teach undergraduate and/or graduatelevel nursing courses using innovative and evidencebased teaching methods, including lectures, simulations, case studies, and experiential learning activities.
Develop, revise, and evaluate nursing curricula to ensure alignment with accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in nursing education.
Provide mentorship, academic advising, and career guidance to nursing students, supporting their academic success, clinical competency, and professional development.
Engage in scholarly activities, including research, publication, and presentations, to contribute to the advancement of nursing knowledge and evidencebased practice.
Supervise nursing students in clinical practicum experiences, providing guidance, feedback, and evaluation of their clinical performance and professionalism.
Serve on departmental and university committees, contributing to governance, policy development, and quality improvement initiatives within the nursing program and academic institution.
Participate in community outreach, servicelearning projects, and collaborative partnerships with healthcare organizations to enhance nursing education, research, and practice.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary faculty and healthcare professionals to promote interprofessional education and collaborative practice initiatives.
