Description
1.Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our program offerings and target demographics.
Consultative Selling:
- Engage with leads in a consultative manner to understand their needs, motivations, and challenges.
- Provide detailed information about our programs, curriculum, admission requirements, and career outcomes.
- Address any concerns or objections raised by prospective students and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
Sales Conversion:
- Guide leads through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to enrolment.
- Build rapport and trust with potential students to encourage conversion.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close deals.
Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with leads, current students, and alumni.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to enrolled students to ensure a smooth transition into their chosen program.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Keep detailed records of interactions with leads and update CRM systems accordingly.
- Generate regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
