1.

Lead Generation and Qualification:

  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our program offerings and target demographics.

Consultative Selling:

  • Engage with leads in a consultative manner to understand their needs, motivations, and challenges.
  • Provide detailed information about our programs, curriculum, admission requirements, and career outcomes.
  • Address any concerns or objections raised by prospective students and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.

Sales Conversion:

  • Guide leads through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to enrolment.
  • Build rapport and trust with potential students to encourage conversion.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close deals.

Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with leads, current students, and alumni.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to enrolled students to ensure a smooth transition into their chosen program.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Keep detailed records of interactions with leads and update CRM systems accordingly.
  • Generate regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status.

Salary:
₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
